The Turning Tide

This report is scheduled for release in mid-February 2010.

The report was developed through a fusion of qualitative (focus group) research, the US NRC's knowledge assessment methodology, and the Science & Technology Policy Foresight approach successfully deployed for the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Science and Technology. This methodology hinges on the lessons that can be learned from narrative, from reflection and introspection, and through anticipation. No wonder we're big believers that foresight begets insight and insight begets action.
